Coaching has had a huge impact on me. I am able to recognise my achievements and I have a new found confidence in my abilities.

This development is not only having a positive impact on me, but I also find myself supporting and coaching others.

Seeing others flourish has provided me with an added sense of purpose and it's highly rewarding.

My first meeting was very empowering as it was about what I wanted to achieve and helping me realise and achieve own goals and not someone elses.

Mechelle has challenged my thinking, successfully teased out of me what I want to achieve and reminded me of all that I have achieved.

My last session was the hardest to date. Not because it wasn't a great session, Mechelle is as amazing as ever, but because I couldn't respond with the ease I am acustom to.

This level of challenge is what I need to progress, to really dig deep to uncover what I want to achieve and I'm thankful for this.

Mechelle creates a safe and supported space that sets the foundation for building self-confidence which in turn also helps to recognise ones own achievements and future potential.

I think as a client, I've been a tough nut to crack but Mechelle has stuck by me, helping me chip away at everything I have going on. Things are slowly starting to take shape and the majority of that is all down to the coaching. Mechelle has a way of making sense of everything that I'm trying to say. In effect, she gives me the ideas and thoughts that I've spoken about....made me think they were her ideas, when in fact they were actually mine!

My journey is long but aside from being a fantastic coach, she is a fantastic human and we are definitely on this bus ride together!
